SHIPPING
Apparel orders will be ready for dispatch within 3-5 days. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
All parcels will be shipped with our logistics partners Deutsche Post and DHL.
We charge a fixed shipping fee of 8€ for everywhere in the world, but free shipping for orders over 100€.
All duties, fees, taxes and other government levies are payable by you.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the regional carrier services.

RETURNS
You can return your order / the purchased item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. To return your order / the purchased item(s) please follow these steps.
First, fill out our Return Form.
Afterward, notify us of your return by sending an email to helloplanethosh@gmail.com with the completed return form attached. Send the purchased items back to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including labels and tags.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure you are using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Please be informed that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
